The Model Portfolio Package consists of ;
One-Hour Evaluation Session: At your own home, with an interested friend, or family member present if you wish. Mainly to meet your photographer and a question and answer session to help you find out as much as possible about modelling in general; which style of modelling suits your personality, your looks and your figure best; what happens on a shoot; what you need for in an effective portfolio; and where and how to find work as a model.
Two and half hour Indoor Shoot: This takes place in your own home or a familiar indoor space in which you feel most relaxed, and will include straight headshots with little or no makeup; facial beauty shots; three-quarter and full length shots in casual clothes; as well as figure hugging clothing or sportswear with “street“ makeup; more formal clothing and fashion clothing, with full makeup.
Background will include furniture and settings from around your home, as well as a blank studio type background.
This session can also include sexy but tasteful lingerie shots, BUT ONLY if you wish to include this aspect of modelling in your repertoire.
Two and half hour Outdoor Shoot: This session will take place in a parkland, bushland or beach setting near your home, and will include fun, casual clothing, outdoor fashion, sportswear, and swimwear. All with appropriate makeup. Swimwear should include both bikinis and at least one fashionable one piece swimsuit.
Time For Photos: Shoots on a TF* basis may be available for beginners and models with a little experience if they show the necessary dedication to make a success of modelling... Please ask about this no cost alternative, but be aware that I do not do tfp* shoots as a matter of routine.
What you get:
Approximately three weeks after the shoots, you will be supplied with a CD containing all proofs from both shoots, 12 fully edited and prepared, high resolution photo files ready for printing for inclusion in a print portfolio, and the same 12 images prepared for including in an online portfolio, on modelling websites, or for personal use on social networking sites.
In general:
Models provide their own basic makeup, but a stylist will be available at no extra charge for additional makeup and assistance in clothing choices.
All clothing is to be provided by the model, and choices should include about five changes, including casual wear such as shorts, skirts, jeans, shirts and blouses: sneakers, or appropriate footwear
Sportswear which shows off your figure, such as gym clothes, dance clothes, tights, t shirts, etc
Fashion and formal clothes: long, 3/4 or short dresses including "the little black dress", dress slacks and blouses etc
No logos or prominent brand names should appear on clothing
Accessories such as high heels, boots, scarves, hats, belts, gloves etc are also welcome and encouraged.
NB: Even if you have indicated that you wish to include topless and /or nude work in your modelling career, neither of these should appear in a basic model portfolio, and are therefore completely unnecessary to a folio shoot.
Ongoing help and advice, including portfolio evaluation, is available to models as they gain more experience, and wish to take their modelling career further.
